Since 1960, Casco continues to focus on providing customer service and quality products to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business partnerships. Starting in a 50' x 100' chicken coop-like building near Elgin's Historic Watch District, Casco grew into a multi-faceted manufacturing facility with multiple expansions and evolution throughout its history. In the late 1980's Casco began partnering with other manufacturers to distribute products and additional building product brands. Since then, Casco has become one of the most comprehensive building materials sources in the greater Chicagoland area for windows and doors.

Casco Industries stands as one of the few manufacturers of aluminum clad wood windows and storm products that manufacturers their products from start to finish. All aluminum components of Casco brand windows and doors are manufactured in South Elgin. Window clad, storm product frames, and screens are extruded, fabricated, and painted or anodized before being joined with wood or assembled all on the same 450,000 sq/ft campus. Our other facility in Genoa, IL, houses entry and interior door pre-hanging, and millwork inventory.
